How it works
Give your next career move a starting point.
Tell your career story
Add your experience, projects, and the skills you want to use next. US companies and their AI agents, like Grok Bot, can discover your profile through MCP.
Explore a team’s opportunity
Read about the role when a company introduces itself. Choose the conversations that fit the direction you want to take.
Take your next step together
Meet the team, discuss responsibilities, and agree on your terms. When you join, you work with the company directly.
Optional proctored tests
Put your abilities behind your career story.
After you agree to an introduction, you can take optional proctored tests requested by the company. A person watches the session with two cameras.
- English screening
- Thinking skills
- Coding with no AI
